Just like in a game when you save up enough power points and then unleash your ‘special move’, the Downtraders report could save you and your team from annihilation.
It’s simple really, the Downtraders Report lets you know when customers are trading below their previous levels. It’s an early warning signal that things could be going wrong with these accounts – small differences in expenditure may be meaningless but they could equally be signs of distress at your customer or an indication that a competitor has entered the picture.
The Downtraders Report features in the Sales section of your Dashboard, grouped with other reports in the Analysis section.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”1564″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]At a glance you’ll see your customers who are trading at figures below previous results. You can change the period of analysis to a previous quarter or year, look at the figures in percentage or actual terms, and sort columns in ascending or descending order.
You can also export these results to Excel format for further analysis.
With this information, the sales team manager can let sales managers know to contact those particular accounts where trading has dipped. Early warnings of revenue dropping may save an account from moving to a competitor or indicate that a sales person hasn’t been doing enough to service an account.
