New features & enhancements
Lead & Account Email Tab
In order to optimise the loading of leads and accounts, we have moved maildropped emails out of the activity feed into a new Emails tab. The new tab will initially load 30 emails and then features a lazy load to display the rest.
By splitting this out we have massively improved the performance & load time of going into a lead or account that has had lots of emails maildropped.
This feature is not enabled by default, please speak to the Customer Success team about enabling it if you feel it would be beneficial to your business.
Opportunity Tab Performance
We have improved the performance of loading the Opportunities tab on an account by optimising the code used to load this information from the database.
Mobile & visual enhancements
As part of our continual improvement process we have made further improvements and optimisations to the user interface & user experience (UI & UX) of the BuddyCRM application on a mobile device.
Some of the system areas that have been tackled include:
- Contact screen
- Website Trading Profile field
- Products module
Bug fixes & quality of life enhancements
Account, Lead & Opportunity Export fixes
We have fixed a bug that could show incorrect contents of certain fields upon exporting from the Lead, Account & Opportunities modules under certain circumstances.
Spaces in Email Address fields
If an email address field has spaces saved within it can cause issues with both our system and external systems. We have updated both the front-end UI and our Import CSV facilities to prevent spaces being saved within emails
Trading Profile ordering
We have fixed an issue that could occur where the order of Trading Profile fields could differ between edit and view screens.
Scheduled Report log
We have updated the Scheduled Reports log to add in the relevant ScheduledReportID to the grid. This will make it easier to diagnose any possible faults with a scheduled report.
