Add event-triggered actions in other web-based applications
With BuddyCRM’s webhooks feature, you can trigger actions in third-party applications based on an event occurring in BuddyCRM. This hugely powerful tool lets you connect your third-party software together with BuddyCRM and have them share and act on the same information. Here are a few examples of how you can use webhooks:
- Upon an opportunity being won in BuddyCRM, automatically create an invoice in your accounts package (such as Xero, Quickbooks, etc)
- Upon an opportunity reaching a certain % progress, send it to a technical quoting tool
- Upon marking a quotation as active, send it to your ERP (such as SAP or Sage)
- Upon a new lead being created, send it to your email drip marketing campaign
