Milestone Release 49.5

April 6, 2020

We’re pleased to announce that the latest milestone release of BuddyCRM has gone live today. The following items were fixed, improved, or added:

1. Manager Module Revamp

We have now revamped the Manager module with some new exciting features:

  • Create your own KPI’s. Create KPI’s within the manager module for specific fields and groups of Users.
  • Add Sales targets for each period and selected Users.
  • View users Activity and choose specific date ranges.
  • Filter by Teams, Users, Accounts, Leads and Opportunities.


2. Appointment Reminder Emails

When you are setting your next Activity with your client you can set your Appointment reminder to appear within BuddyCRM.

The reminder pop up will appear on the left-hand side of the screen. However, we have now set your reminders to be sent to your email address – you’ll receive an email at the time you set the reminder just in case you are not in BuddyCRM. Great if you are on the road!

 

Milestone Release 49

March 23, 2020

We’re pleased to announce that the latest milestone release of BuddyCRM has gone live today. The following items were fixed, improved, or added:

1. Xero and Sage plugins

Here at BuddyCRM, we can work closely with your accounts package to offer you a single customer view. We have now created plug-ins for Xero and Sage 50, these allow you to see updated sales data for clients and additional financial information in the client record cards. There can be an ability where our plugin allows BuddyCRM to create invoices within the account package system after winning an opportunity.


2. Calendar Integration

We have now created an integration between your email platform and BuddyCRM for appointments only. You will be able to create appointments within BuddyCRM which will link to your email calendar and your clients’ calendar and show the appointment details in both systems.

Milestone Release 47

January 10, 2020

We’re pleased to announce that the latest milestone release of BuddyCRM has gone live today. The following items were fixed, improved, or added:

1. Specific Activity Search

It’s now even easier to find important Activity information on a Record card.

  • Search by a specific date within the Completed Activities with the new Filter Icon.
  • Filter from Pending Activities by a selected Template name.

2. Opportunity Won/Lost

You can now view the Won/Lost Mandatory Comments within an Opportunity itself. Admin users are also able to Create a Report which shows the mandatory comments.

3. Sibling Accounts

When you are within a Child Record, you will now be able to see not only the Parent Record name but also any Records which are related to the Parent Account. These will be under the Sibling Account header and you will be able to click into any Sibling records.

4. Country Dialling codes

You can now select the country dialling code for each Contact within BuddyCRM.

  • Simply select the Add button for ‘Contacts’ or creating a Record and select from the dialling code dropdown.
  • Please remember that the zero will not be required now moving forward.

5. Xero Accounting Support

Do you use Xero for your Accounts package? BuddyCRM has now made it even easier to integrate with Xero. For more information contact your Account Manager Adam on 0121 2880808.

Milestone Release 46

November 22, 2019

We’re pleased to announce that the latest milestone release of BuddyCRM has gone live today. The following items were fixed, improved, or added:

1. Reminders for Activities

You can now add a time set reminder for any of your important Activities.

    • The Reminder setting needs to be turned on within the Admin Area (please get in touch with the Support team for assistance with this).
    • Add your Reminder whilst creating your chosen ‘Activity’.
    • Select how long before the appointment you would like to be reminded. 5 Minutes/10 Minutes/ 1 Hour/ 1 Day or 1 Week.
    • Your Reminder notification will appear at the top of the BuddyCRM screen.

2. Document Workflow

You can now add pre-determined Document folders with the use of our Workflows. If you would like more information on how to do this, please contact the Support team.

3. Opportunities User List

You can now view individual sales staff pipelines with a click of a button. Select the dropdown list within the Opportunity module, as below and select a user. You will then see your Opportunity Values change and your Opportunity records below. This is dependent on your user sharing rights within BuddyCRM.

4. We have also fixed a few bugs and conducted some speed optimisation in this update.

October 24, 2019

We’re pleased to announce that the latest milestone release of BuddyCRM has gone live today. The following items were fixed, improved, or added:

1. Optimised Opportunities

BuddyCRM has improved the Opportunities Area within the Record card to enable a more streamlined sales process for your business:

  • Sort by Name, Owner, Value and Close date as well as search for a specific opportunity.
  • NEW! Opportunity Templates with custom probability questions. Set custom templates for different sales processes within the Admin area of BuddyCRM. Select from a dropdown list and the template will auto-populate the Opportunity.

2. Audit Log is live

Admin Users will now be able to see a log of amendments that have been made within BuddyCRM by your teams.

  • View added, updated and deleted actions within Record Cards.
  • Select specific users and date ranges for a more advanced search.

 

3. SMS to clients now available

BuddyCRM now has a plug-in which will remind your client by SMS of an all-important meeting or call you have arranged. For more information call 0121 2880808 and speak to your Account Manager.

  • An automated SMS can be sent to your clients from a workflow set in BuddyCRM. Remind your client of an all-important meeting or call by SMS. You can even choose when you want it to be sent.

4. Multiple Account Codes

Add multiple Account Codes to one record card.

  • Add multiple Account Codes to one record card. Simply add a comma in between each Account Code.
  • See your clients sales data in one place under each Account Code.

Milestone Release 44

September 5, 2019

We’re pleased to announce that the latest milestone release of BuddyCRM has gone live today. The following items were fixed, improved, or added:

1. The Sales Tables has moved!

Our Sales Table has now moved to the Accounts Module and has its own area ‘Sales View’:

  • Simply click on the ‘Sales View’ tab and this will show your sales targets which you have achieved.
  • Pick Columns, apply Filters to customise and Export data. Select your required fields and interrogate sales information.
  • Add Dynamic Columns to compare sales targets by month and year.
  • View current Accounts.
  • Show your own Data and your business (dependant on permissions).

Time stamps are now visible in the Document area of a record card. You can now view exact times and dates next to each document loaded into the system.

3. Multiple Actions in Workflows

You can now trigger multiple actions by a single workflow. Multiple Calls, Appointments and Tasks can be raised for different periods within your sales process. Head over to Workflows in the Admin module to give it a go – soon you’ll be automating everything and cutting down on admin time.

4. We’ve squashed a few bugs and continued the work on speed optimisation in this latest update.

We’re pleased to announce that the latest milestone release of BuddyCRM has gone live today. The following items were fixed, improved, or added:

1. Product module updated

The Catalogue Area has been revamped making it easier to export your products into a catalogue. This gives you the ability to produce fabulous product presentations for your clients:

  • Export to PDF and Excel formats.
  • Choose what fields you would like to display on the export to give to clients.
  • Choose how many products you want to show per page.

2. Linking auto feeds

You can now link auto feeds within the Data Management area.

  • Link Auto feeds by connecting to each CSV column. This means that you can now let Buddy know that two fields are the same within multiple autofeeds, such as Product Code.
  • This enables reports to be built across multiple auto feeds giving even more granular and useful detail.

3. Bug Fixes

We have also fixed various bugs within the release which will enhance the system further.

We’re pleased to announce that the latest milestone release of BuddyCRM has gone live today. The following items were fixed, improved, or added:

1. Updates to the Opportunities module

We have made some fantastic updates that will assist your sales team to see their sales pipeline:

  • Pipeline View Tab – This new tab shows you a list of your Sales Pipeline. You’ll be able to view your Opportunities by probability, Quick Edit the Opportunity if anything has changed and sort by Value or Closing Date to enhance your sales target.
  • Mass Action – Select multiple records from your Opportunities List and set one of the selected activities for all the records.
  • Pick Columns- each individual sales member can choose what record card information they would like to view.

2. Information tags

You can now add information tags to your fields. This will help new and existing members of staff to understand the information which is gathered from the client for the most accurate sales data.

3. CSV Upload Log

When uploading a CSV Import to the system, you now have a CSV file for the records that have not been imported to BuddyCRM. We have now added a detailed report which will give you an explanation on why it has not been amended in the system.

4. Bug Fixes

We have also fixed various bugs within the release which will enhance the system further.

Milestone Release 41

June 21, 2019

New modules are now live!

Welcome to our new Accounts, Leads and Opportunities modules which are replacing the Companies Module.

  • The new modules are going to be even easier to view, interrogate and update your prospect and customer data.
  • Quick Edit function. You can now edit the record within one page with a split screen view!
  • Pick Table so you can amend what information you see for each Company.
  • All detail in the companies module remains accessible via search but this gives you a new base to manage your business. Once these new features are bedded in, we will look to turn off the tables on the home page.

You can now create Folders in the Document area of a Record.

  • Add a sub document to a folder to be able to view information easier.
  • View a PDF without downloading to your desktop.

Speed optimisation and Bug fixes have continued to happen throughout the Milestone Release.
