Milestone Release 80

Milestone 80 is a powerful new feature release introducing significant enhancements to the BuddyCRM workflow automation capabilities. 

In the Workflows screen, we have added rule evaluation operators for auto-feed reports. This enhancement allows you to query information within an auto feed using report-like operators such as ‘greater than days’, ‘less than days’, ‘last 6 months’, and others – providing greater flexibility in creating highly customizable automated workflow rules that act on time-based information. 

For instance, you can now target accounts that haven’t placed an order within a dynamic date range or accounts that have placed an order within a specific date range. 

The new feature is particularly beneficial for fast-moving consumer goods SMEs. For example, sales executives can automatically schedule callbacks in their diaries for customers who haven’t placed an order in the last seven days. 

The following is a full list of operators added in Workflows for a rule acting on the object ‘Schedule Report’, where rule evaluation is set to ‘Auto Feed’:
