Product quote fields
We have enhanced product custom fields with ‘view on Quote’ ticked, so that the value in the field can be overtyped per quote by the end user. This allows you to store unique information per quote for the products added to the quote.
Quote activity feed
We will now display more information about quotes on the account activity feed, such as quote reference, quote date and contact.
Quality of life improvements
Report output format – custom columns
Columns generated by using the formulas section of BuddyCRM reports would always be output as ‘number as text’ into Excel. We have corrected this to use the correct format.
Mobile & visual enhancements
As part of our continual improvement process, we have made further improvements and optimisations to the BuddyCRM application’s user interface and user experience (UI & UX) on a mobile device.
