Auditing account owner changes
We have added auditing for an account owner being changed, so that this is more visible to management and can help identify incorrect allocations of leads or accounts.
Opportunity PAL – company name
We have added company name into opportunity PAL search, allowing opportunity searches based on name to be created and saved. This might be particularly useful in filtering opportunities by a particular group of companies.
Opportunity PAL – opportunity address fields
We have made the opportunity address fields available within Opportunity PAL search, allowing plotting based on the area that opportunities are in. This is especially powerful combined with our Google Maps functionality.
Auditing activity feed notes
Activity feed notes were not previously audited in the audit log; this has now been added, providing greater visibility into client activity.

Editing closed opportunities
It was possible to edit a closed (e.g won or lost) opportunity and change the value or opportunity owner, which caused discrepancies between the homepage sales vs reports. We have removed the ability to edit a closed opportunity, requiring the opportunity to be re-opened before editing can take place.
