Last email sent
A new ‘Last Email Sent’ column has been introduced across both the Reports area and the Lead & Account modules. This field displays the most recent date an email was maildropped to any contact associated with that company, offering a straightforward method to track which companies your team has been actively engaging with.
Marketing contact totals
The ‘create campaign’ screen in the Marketing area now includes a ‘total contacts selected’ display. This enhancement helps you verify the contact count across your chosen segments and lists before initiating a send.
We have also split out the stats on the campaign review screen into ‘total in campaign’ and ‘total sent’, to more accurately see how many emails have sent while a campaign is in progress.
Improvements
Opportunity navigation
Clicking on an opportunity name from the Opportunity module grid or the PAL search results will now direct users to the specific opportunity tab within the associated account. Previously, this action only opened the account record generally.
Send calendar invite improvements
We have improved the editing of appointments with ‘send calendar invite’ ticked so that further calendar invites are only sent when desired, as previously any edits could send multiple unwanted invites. Changes that WILL send further invites: Subject, contacts, owner, date, time, description, Location.
Changes that WON’T send further invites: complete the appointment, update Completion notes, change success yes or no, update an activity custom field value against the activity, change opportunity or case linked to activity, enable reminder.
Reports And/Or
On the filters screen of creating a report, we have made the ability to choose ‘and’ or ‘or’ for filters clearer by using a dropdown selector in the user interface.
Months on sales tab charts
When the system sales cycle is set to monthly, the sales charts on the Sales tab will now show month names in addition to the period numbers.
Marketing campaign creation improvements
In the marketing area we have removed non-essential mandatory fields that were being asked for when creating certain campaign types, making this process more intuitive.
Bug Fixes
We have fixed a few system issues including:
- Improved the speed of loading the email tab on Account and Lead
- Fixed the handling of whitespace in fields that shouldn’t support it
- Prevented users being created where the intended email address already exists
Mobile & visual enhancements
As part of our continual improvement process we have made further improvements and optimisations to the user interface & user experience (UI & UX) of the BuddyCRM application on a mobile device.
